“This is a wonderful B&B. Susan & Patrick are welcoming hosts, the Hall is 15th century and packed with antiques. We had the twin room, which was huge and had a separate ensuite WC and bathroom. Very comfortable, clean. Susan makes a great breakfast together with home made jam and fresh fruit. It’s handy for Lavenham and about half an hour from Flatford Mill (Constable’s main painting area) and 3 1/2 miles from the Swan Inn. The dinner recommendation at the Swan in Monks Eleigh turned out to be one of the best meals ever. Overall good value for money with charming and informative hosts.”
